Graeme Smith is a finance professional with over 25 years experience in accounting and company administration. He graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Economics and has since received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Commercial Law.

Graeme Smith is a Fellow of both the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and  the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.

He  has held CFO and Company Secretary positions with CFO and Company Secretary positions with Top 10 Australian and overseas mining companies. Graeme Smith is also a director of ASX Listed Genesis Minerals Limited.

Jamie Williamson is a qualified geologist who graduated from the Western Australian School of Mines.  Jamie has spent nearly 3 years with Anglo Ashanti working on their gold projects throughout Africa.  He has specific skills in resource management in Africa which will be invaluable as we seek to move from exploration to development in Burkina Faso.
